Our story

It all started with one simple thought: why should you ever have to choose between tasty and healthy? 

What began as small experiments with dates, millets, and real masalas grew into something bigger — a brand built on honest recipes, clean ingredients, and a whole lot of care.

From a home kitchen to building a 50,000 sq.ft. factory and serving 10L+ families, our journey has always been about making everyday snacking feel lighter, better, and full of joy. 

Our Philosophy

At Eat Better, we believe you shouldn't have to choose between the snacks you love and the ingredients you trust. So we kept everything that makes snacking joyful — the crunch, the flavour, the satisfaction — and changed everything else. The same familiar taste, made in a way you can feel good about.

I started this kitchen because I was tired of choosing between tasty and healthy for my own family. Why can't chocolate laddoos have protein? Why can't bhujia be roasted and still be as delicious? Turns out, they can.
